The front desk guy was super nice! 🙌 But the pool had a weird film and breakfast was kinda lame with no protein options. Cleanliness was also lacking in my room. Overall, not the best experience.

The bed comfort surpassed expectations, and the breakfast included satisfying hot options like eggs and waffles. However, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired, especially in shared areas like the hallways, which featured dirty carpets. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed either distracted or less engaged, impacting the check-in process. While the location was superb, close to numerous eateries and just a short walk to the balloon park, the small maintenance issues might deter a return visit.

Families beware of cleanliness issues

I was really looking forward to our stay, but the cleanliness was a major concern, especially the hair in the shower and dirty walls. We also had a nice checking experience with a staff member who was friendly despite the overall atmosphere.

It wasn't cheap, but. for what we got with the dirtiness and lack of attention to detail,, it felt way overpriced.

Plus, the buffet gave a decent kickstart for the day with eggs and waffles, perfect for fueling up before heading out. And the room size was pretty spacious, giving us room to breathe and relax after our culinary adventures.

The room was clean, but the air conditioning didn't work well.

the pool was disgustingly dirty with what looked like names engraved in the gunk, as if no one truly cared. also, the breakfast was completely underwhelming, just sugary carbs—how charming. what a letdown!

The location was fantastic. close to shopping and attractions like the Planetarium and the zoo. The staff went above and beyond, treating us with kindness and respect during our entire stay. Our room was clean and came with a solid A/C!

The breakfast options were limited, and although the check-in experience was kind, the staff could have been more engaged during our stay. The noise from the nearby highway was noticeable as well!

We had a fun time enjoying the indoor pool and the fitness center was a plus for hubby! The location was ideal for checking out local attractions, and the room was comfy enough for our family during our stay.

My kids wished for more options at breakfast.

The breakfast buffet featured hot items like waffles, eggs, and sausage, providing a solid start to the day. The rooms were clean and adequately sized, making for a comfortable stay.

The carpets in the hallways may have benefitted from a good cleaning, as they appeared dirty and unkempt. In one room, the toilet seat was found unclean, and the shower head was damaged, complicating its use. Some linens were also stained, which wasn't ideal for a peaceful night’s rest.

Great staff and spacious rooms!

Staying here with my kiddos was a mix of fun and flaws. The staff was super friendly and always there to help, which was awesome. The Zia suite we got was spacious and cozy for just 85 bucks. But the pool had some weird stuff floating in it, kinda gross. Breakfast was decent, but nothing to rave about.

Had to carry luggage up two flights of stairs.

had a great longer stay at quality inn! the friendly staff made everything smooth and the clean room exceeded my previous experience in the city. the breakfast was decent and helped us start our days right.

the air conditioner wasn't functioning properly.
